Wedding Bliss

Becky's wedding was...perfect. Perfect day. She looked gorgeous. The temple ceremony was beautiful and the reception was WOW! I was so emotional all day. Becky is the best big sister a girl could ask for and I have looked up to her forever. We shared a room for years and have always gotten along. We always had so much fun together doing quirky little things. Like the time we went through a poetry phase and read a poem each night by candlelight. Weird...I know. And if we ever did fight it was quickly resolved by laughing and making goofy faces. Neither of us could handle being mad. I am so happy for her and excited for her future with Terry. He is going to be a great addition to the family. Some pictures of the big day.

A Happy Homecoming

My little brother returned home from his 2 year mission to Uruguay. It was such a happy day. Abby was just a few weeks old when he left and now she's a running, jumping, talking 2 year old. The girls were a bit shy when we welcomed him in the airport. When my mom ran up to give him a hug, I think there were tears welling in everyone's eyes. He looked great with that returned missionary glow. It's wonderful to be with the whole family.

Miss Abby Jane

This little girl is such a fun 2 year old. She is my little talker. She loves to talk on the phone, just sit and talk to me on my bed, and if she is ever acting up she really just wants someone to talk to. I love having her as one of my girls.

Summer

Nothing says summer like eating popsicles in the shade with the neighbor kids.

"Hair" today...gone tomorrow

They both wanted short hair this summer. Wish granted. Less washing. Less drying. Less brushing. Their hair was too long, but Olivia was able to donate to Locks of Love. I absolutely love it. But why do they have to look so much older now?

Ballerina Belle

Sammie wanted to take dance this year too. She is in the little kid class that does ballet and tap. She wanted to be in the ballet number for the show (to be like her big sis). She was very excited to be Belle. I worry when they are so little that they will start to cry when they get up on that big stage in front of all those people but Sammie did so well. She looked so sweet and just like a little "Belle."
