Because we could...

 we went to the beach again on Monday.  It was cooler than last time, but every bit as relaxing.  Then we drove another 30 minutes to visit Joey's brother Mike and his wife Erna.  We visited and ate a delicious dinner.  The girls played with the dog and ran around outside and then played at the park until it was dark.  Then we drove home in the dark of night with our dirty, sandy, happy kids asleep in the back.  It was quiet.  The perfect summer day.
