Happy Valentine's Day!

Yesterday the girls came home with a big bag of valentines and goodies.  I think they only ate sugar most of the day.  Every time I turned around they were eating, yet another, Fun Dip.  I really don't like those things.  My neighbors seemed to have an endless supply of them and Abby's mouth has been either pink, blue, or green all day.  I made our usual cookies and the girls had other little treats.  My mom always gets them a little something that they look forward to.  We have always celebrated Valentine's Day as a family holiday.  I love little traditions like this.  The girls were so excited when I was baking the cookies yesterday.  I wonder when they grow older what they will remember about their own childhood experience and what it will seem like to them.
