Sammie just finished playing on her school basketball team in the After School Sport program. It was convenient for me because practice is right after school on the playground. This was her first experience playing and she did a great job. Her whole team improved so much from the first game where they didn't know how to play at all. Every time they would do anything they would look at their parents for approval or with a questioning look. They were clueless. By the last game they were all playing well and Sammie has another sport that she loves. It was fun to watch her learn something new.
We've had grandparents in town for the last 2 weekends. It has been wonderful. Jackie was here to watch Sammie play, and they won! We knew that Jackie must be good luck.
