It seems like someone is always sick in September. Abby was sick with a fever and then a rash. She was out from school for 3 days. On the 3rd day, she seemed to be doing much better. I was just waiting for her rash to go away so she could go back to school. Abby was starting to get tired of doing her school work at home and was missing her friends, but she was enjoying the sleeping in part. While sitting at the table on her 3rd day off, she declared, "Mom, can I just go to school?" I inspected her rash and it appeared to be completely gone and so she quickly got dressed, and I dropped her off at 11. She was getting a little bored with me at home and I am definitely glad to have that yucky sickness over with.
