I forgot. Newborns are hard, but don't worry. Abby has reminded me. She really is a sweet little thing. I've just been impatient with our adjustment. I like predictability and, well, we're not there yet. Or ever. "Kids are not predictable," I have to tell myself, "especially when they have been nestled for 9 months in a warm and safe place and are suddenly thrust into life with noise and lights and 2 crazy sisters that make settling down really difficult." I think I'm going to learn a lot about patience over the next few months. But, I can't help but love her and my other girls. They do that to you...these kids.

Love the cheeks!

What a little doll! We can hardly wait to see her again when we come to Bakersfield for her Blessing on Father's Day! Try to enjoy her each day -- she is probably getting used to her crazy Sisters!! She could hear them the 9 months she was in the womb!! She's probably delighted to be out and watching them. Soon she'll be rolling around on the floor acting crazy with them.
If anyone can find a schedule, it'll be you! (Although secretly I'm hoping you will so I can look to you for guidance in the next few weeks)
love the cheeks, love it all. you can do this, annie! what a beauty.
