Sammie has been singing everything these days. She loves singing a song now and then, but she mostly sings things that most people would say. Instead of asking for help with closing her umbrella she sings, "Please, could you close this for me." She adds a nice vibrato in there too. She will ask me for things and tell me things all in song. It's getting pretty normal now. Everything has vibrato. My girls like to sing like opera singers. I don't know where they got it from. It's not like I walk around singing everything like an opera singer. Too funny.

That is so cute. I was in a play in high school where I was the maid. The director thought it would be hilarious if I sang all my lines, so I did. All my normal dialogue was sung in my (fake) operatic voice. :)
When our kids were little, we sat behind the same family pretty much every week in Church. The Mom sang with an opera type vibrato voice and pretty soon that's how our kids sang too!! It was pretty hilarious. Luckily -- they all grew out of it!!
how funny,I know my mom loved to sing but not to talk. kids are so funny. you never know what they are going to come up with next.
